Schools are back and we are starting our first two ‘artist in residence’ contracts this year. We hope it’s going to be the beginning of bigger things!

We are about to take Heducation out to Croatia to party with the good people at Soundwave Festival, who have been kind enough to get us on board! www.soundwavecroatia.com

We have a new member of (work experience) staff this week. We’re always keen to support schools and to inspire fresh minds! We’ll turn him into a budding artist by the end of the week. Watch this space for the results!!

We are very pleased to welcome Will to the Hedz office team, whose enthusiasm and focus are already pushing things forward!

Thanks to everyone who supported our fundraiser event on Friday, including all the DJs and musicians who performed for free, all the people who made it down, not forgetting the staff and everyone who helped behind the scenes. We raised just over £400 for the Red Cross – Japan Tsunami Appeal, so a good night’s work!

Please join us for a great night of live hip-hop, funk, breaks and beats at the excellent Hare & Hounds venue in King’s Heath, Birmingham.

We hope to raise over £1000 for the Red Cross – Japan Tsunami Appeal, but we can’t do it without your support!
